Matsukiya Gozen

Limited to 10 dishes. We provide “Omi beef” the owner himself carefully selected by examining carcasses one by one in terms of their fat quality, texture and luster, and which has been matured in a condition of carcass for a certain period at a low temperature in order to extract the best flavor from meat. We are exerting our originality for customers to enjoy the utmost taste of “Omi beef,” using the “Omi beef ”in all plates of the creative dish from appetizers to the main dish steak, while paying a special attention even to food materials other than meat.
